Booking Policy

  • Contract

    We, Trust&Travel Gmbh, Kaiserstrasse 41/2/4, 1070 Wien, telephone: +43 1 522 4349, act as agent for the owners of selected accommodations in Italy. For all arrangements, your contract will be with owner.

  • Rental

    The prices given are in Euro and the rental price is weekly, per property and include electricity, water, gas and final cleaning and household help where stated.

  • Payment

    Generally 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should a speficic property have a different payment policy we will inform you at the time of booking.

  • Downpayment and balance

    Downpayment and balance can be done via bank transfer or per credit card (Visa and Master). Once we have received the downpayment, Trust&Travel Gmbh will confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact Trust&Travel Gmbh immediately if any information appears to be incorrect.

  • Security Deposit

    Upon arrival guests are required to leave a security deposit. Depending on the property this can be done either in cash on arrival or through a credit card pre-authorisation. The amount of the deposit will be indicated at the time of booking. At the end of the sojourn the deposit will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for damage.

  • Number of Beds

    We cannot allow the number of persons staying in the house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.

  • Cancellation by the client

    We will inform you of the cancellation policy at the time of booking. Generally in case of cancellation by the client the following rates will apply:

    1. 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival.
    2. 50% up to 1,5 months (45 days) before the date of arrival.
    3. 90% as from the 44th day before arrival.

    Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period we will of course refund the client accordingly, a 10% handling fee will be retained.

  • Complaints

    Complaints concerning the accommodation must be reported to the house owner or his/her representative or, if you cannot reach them, to Trust&Travel. We will make our best efforts to arrange for these problems to be solved. Clients leaving the accommodation prematurely without the express consent of Trust&Travel lose all rights to claim possible reimbursement. Complaints lodged at the end of the rental period will not be taken into consideration. Likewise, complaints made after departure from the accommodation cannot be verified and, therefore, cannot be considered for any possible reimbursement.
