The Casa del Fattore is a sunny
house which is situated beneath the castle, surrounded
by a garden. Up a couple of steps shaded by a pergola
of vines, you are at the front door, leading to
a wide vaulted staircase taking you up to all the
rooms. |

The village of Vivo is at just 1 km from the estate.
You can reach the main square in a 10 minute stroll.
The village offers excellent shopping facilities,
as well as a bar for the daily capuccino and a newsagent
with foreign papers. |
