Inclusive: 2 hours household help per day, telephone, CD-stereo, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine.
Upon request: a local lady will prepare the most deliscious meals for you, we can arrange a first grocery shopping and further household help, as well as a meal on the evening of your arrival, a baby cot, and a high chair.   Santa Maria lies in a peaceful setting 4 km from the main villa of the property. The priest of the nearby village Castiglioncello (which has an excellent restaurant) used to live here. The restauration of the house was done with a profound knowledge of the local styl and materials to create a house which responds to modern needs for space and comfort, while respecting the past.
Closest shopping is in Chianciano, 8 km away.
 
 
  Meals can be taken in the large country kitchen, but on warmer days you might prefer the loggia with its barbecue, or again you might wish to sit under the pergola of the terrace along the front of the house.
     

The french windows of the double bedroom lead into a chestnut grove.
