Santa Maria
lies in a peaceful setting 4 km from the main villa
of the property. The priest of the nearby village
Castiglioncello (which has an excellent restaurant)
used to live here. The restauration of the house
was done with a profound knowledge of the local
styl and materials to create a house which responds
to modern needs for space and comfort, while respecting
the past.
Closest shopping is in Chianciano, 8 km away. |

Meals can be taken in
the large country kitchen, but on warmer days you
might prefer the loggia with its barbecue, or again
you might wish to sit under the pergola of the terrace
along the front of the house.
