7 kms from the house. Her you will find a basic
food shop (alimentari), a bar, a butcher

for you, we can arrange a first grocery shopping
and further household help, as well as a meal on
the evening of your arrival, a baby cot and a high
chair |

You should
not miss a visit to the local dairy which produces
some of the best pecorino (local sheep cheese)
of the region. |

Climbing roses, hydrangea petiolaris and honeysuckle,
as well as lavender, several types of sage and rosemary
mix well with the old local oak and fruit trees. |

What used to be
the cow barn has been converted into a spacious
summer living room flooded with light by 7 large
windows.

The building is exposed to the south-west,
in the evening light the trees cast their long shadows
onto the front of the house. |
