The romanticism of this house makes it truly exceptional. The playfully charming Tempietto was built in 1822 in pure neoclassical style. It was conceived as a place to which to retire - and not necessarily alone - and true to its purpose stands in one of the most beautiful spots of the park whithin a slightly sloping clearance which blossoms with poppys and daisys in spring.

The front of the house, as with a real temple, is an open but protected portico where guests have their meals when the weather is fine.

The house was restored 10 years ago, which gives a correct even though slightly lived in standard. However, the kitchen was newly installed a couple of years ago and the bathroom is brandnew. The house is fairly isolated whithin the park, guests should be aware of this.
