Cutignolo is a generous, spacious and well equipped ensemble built around a large central lawn. The main house - Cutignolo Podere - is available for weekly rentals. It is filled with sun-light and cheerful colours and the large french windows on the ground floor allow you to moove freely between indoors and outside.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and the woods of Marsiliana beginning in the background.
Next to the house a road leads from the hamlet of Marsiliana to Capalbio, a charming Tuscan hilltop village which has become fashionable over the last 10 years.

The beaches are at a distance of 14-20 kms. The main hamlet of Marsiliana is 5 kms away. This is also the closest shopping area with a small supermarket, a bar, a bank and post office. The closest village is Albinia at 10 kms distance. Upon request household help, a cook, a baby cot and a high chair can be organised.

  
The photograph on the left shows the long building which lies next to Podere and which is rented to two Italian families who come on the week ends. On the right we see this same house and on the right the adjoining house Podere.
The swimming pool is 7 x 15 metres large and is equipped with sun beds and deck chairs in exotic timber which the owners imported directly from Indonesia. The pool is shared by all guests of Cutignolo.
