- We have pleasure in advising you on the choice of the right house. We have often been involved in the restoration and decoration of the houses, and we have an exclusivity contract for the majority of the houses offered. Our collaboration with the various estate owners is based on many years of mutual trust, and we know the advantages and disadvantages of every house.
- Once the right house and the booking period have
been decided upon and you want to go ahead and book,
we send you the following by both e-mail and regular
mail:
- A booking confirmation stating
the house/apartment, the booking period, the rent
and the downpayment details.
- Exhaustive information on the house,
listing all the rental details (the houses' fixtures
and fittings, what the rent includes, what extra services
there are, whether pets are allowed, etc.).
- A booking form which we ask you
to sign and send to us, ideally by fax to +43 1 522
4885. On this page there is an abridged version of
the GTCB (General Terms and Conditions of Business).

- Information on the methods of payment (bank
details, downpayment, balance, security deposit).
With some houses/apartments the balance can be settled
upon arrival; with others the balance is due 6 weeks
prior to arrival. You will receive precise information
on this in the document we will send to you.

- As soon as we receive the downpayment we will send
the followign by both e-mail and regular mail:
- An invoice quoting the amount of
the downpayment received and the balance still outstanding.
- A route description with the telephone
number and address of your destination along with
the telephone number of a contact person on the spot.
- A page with practical information for
your arrival.
- If you have rented a house for which the balance
has to be settled before your arrival, please make
the payment 6 weeks prior to arrival without having
to be requested. Again this can be done by bank transfer
or by VISA or MASTER credit card. Once we receive
the payment we will send you an invoice by both e-mail
and post.
- Travel insurance
We strongly recommend our clients to take out travel
cancellation expenses insurance which in the event
of illness or death before departure, covers up to
80% of the cancellation costs. You can take out insurance
easily and conveniently over the Internet.
