The Casa Pera is an ancient building whithin the hamlet, formerly used as lodging and warehouse. It has been cleverly converted into 4 separate units and decorated by the daughter of the owners, an architect.
The Casa Pera 3 lies on the upper ground floor. The living/dining room with open plan kitchen gives onto a charming open courtyard equipped with a large table and chairs for outdoor meals. The courtyard is also used to access the apartments Casa Pera 4 and Casa del Guardia 1.
Casa Pera 3 can be rented together with Casa Pera 4which occupies the upper floor of the building to create a comfortable house for a total of 8 guests.

On request, internet access available in the apartment. This service is subject to a charge.  In the office of the estate guests have internet access free of charge.
