Overview

This charming cottage on the estate La Montecchia lies next to the offices of the estate. While you might have some passers by during the day, once the offices close no one will disturb your calm and privacy. The garden at the back of the house offers you quiet and calm also during the day.

The rooms are light and airy and have been furnished in a traditional way with modern touches. This is a very friendly and comfortable house.
The house was fully restored between in 2001 (upper floor) and 2007 (ground floor), and newly decorated in 2010.

The closest village - Selvazzano - is at a distance of 3 km. The Italian cuisine can be found at its best in the Veneto region. A list of restaurants of the surrounding area can be found in each of the houses. The restaurant in the adjacent Golf Club was given 1 Michelin star in 2008. Guests of la Montecchia are granted a 20% on the high quality wines produced on the estate.

The pool (25x10) belonging to the adjacent Montecchia golf club, only 3 minutes walk away, is open to our guests 6 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday.
